By using 3al3am ("the Site"), you agree to the terms below. The Site is a free, community-driven personal project whose goal is to make product prices transparent and accessible to everyone.

1. Nature of the service

The Site is a platform for displaying and comparing prices submitted by users. Listed prices reflect what another user saw, and may change or differ from reality. The Site is not a store, not a broker, and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any price. Always confirm with the shop before making a purchase decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or contribute. If you create an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User contributions

When you add a product or a price, you agree that:

• The information is real and you actually saw it (in a shop, online, on a receipt, etc.).
• You will not include personal information, abusive links, or content that infringes a third party's rights.
• You will not use the Site to flood a competitor's listing with fake prices or to harm a shop's interests.
• You grant 3al3am a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, edit, and remove your contribution as part of the comparison service.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any contribution that violates these terms, without prior notice.

4. Voting and review

Submissions are reviewed before going live, and visitors can vote 👍 or 👎. Votes are for assessing the accuracy of a price only — not a tool to attack contributors.

5. Advertising

The Site shows Google AdSense ads to cover hosting costs. We are not responsible for the content of any ad and have no commercial relationship with advertisers.

6. Intellectual property

The "3al3am" name, logo, design, and code are owned by the site operator. The submitted prices are public facts and not subject to individual ownership, but each contributor may request removal of their own contribution.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on a published price, whether accurate or not.

8. Account termination

You may request account deletion at any time via the contact page. The site operator may also suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any dispute — if it arises — should be resolved amicably by email before any legal action.
